The Business Development Manager's role requires a charismatic sales professional who will have great influence externally and internally. This sales professional must show the ability to win, deliver and renew contracts a board level. Following are few of the core responsibilities.
Conduct as necessary desk research and analysis of market trends including collating appropriate target market data in order to identify target markets and customers leads. Generate leads in local market for customize development and IT consultancy. Partnership Development- This involve, hardcore meeting with the best IT companies in the region and workout possibilities to work together. Introduce prospective customers to the company by means of internal and external site visits, presentations and meetings. Identify and develop sales strategies for the implementation of new services.
Assist senior management and the existing business development team in the establishment of strategies for new business development and marketing ensuring the company meets all financial goals of each budget period.
Ensure that all customers are handled in an efficient and professional manner.
Gain and maintain a thorough knowledge of industry practices, the services offered by, and operations of the company.
