- Understands the client’s project objective and priorities as well as the architect’s intents, and communicate these to the design team.
- Helps the MEP design team define the authorities requirements to comply with.
- Understands the MEP design intents form the lead designers, acquire implication on architecture and other building systems, communicates these MEP architecture requirements to the architect/ client.
- Coordinates the MEP requirements with the architect /client, maintains the best relations, and report back to the design team.
- Participates in workshops with the client and other design participants, taking important decisions on behalf of the design team, and discussing design alternatives.
- Controls the deliverables and manages the quality.
- Follows –up the approvals of the client and authorities and ensures obtaining them.
Skills and Experience :
- More than 5 years experience in Building services Engineering consulting or contracting firm.
- Good verbal and written communication skills,
- Good managerial skills
