Service/Bench Technician
The selected candidate will be responsible for performing service operations including repair and troubleshooting functions to component level on complex electro-optical equipment. Position requires set-up and calibration tasks; building and troubleshooting of systems; as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the products. Solder certification/experiance a plus. As required, candidate will assist Senior Technicians and handle the shipping and receiving of customer returns.
Ideal individual will possess a degree in Electrical or Electronics Degree (military training a plus). Position requires 4 - 6 years experience involving complex assembly, testing, troubleshooting in a high tech environment. Under limited supervision, will work on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
