The position involves supporting their 2000+ internal users nationally in an established, professional IT Department. You will cover all first level technical issues relating to Windows XP, MS Office, Telephone, Blackberry and PDA support utilising their HEAT call logging software.

•Commercial Helpdesk/Technical support experience
•Experience of Supporting Windows XP, 2000
