Education: Masters Degree
Experience: 10+ Years
Skills: v Bachelors degree, preferably in business

v Experience in an electronic accounts payable processing environment using an imaging solution

v Ability to multi-task required with experience in a multi-location company

v Experience in the high technology sector is preferred.

v Experience in data analysis, problem analysis and resolution and working cross functionally with other affected departments as required.

v Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment and adjust to new priorities when required.

Required Qualifications:

v 10+ years experience of accounts payable experience with at least 5+ years managing a department.

v Demonstrate understanding of general ledger and month end closing processes with general knowledge of accounting principles

v Demonstrate understanding of sales and use tax

v Knowledge of Excel, Access, Word, Oracle, and 170 Systems

v Strong customer service focus including confidence in resolving issues with other departments

v Assertiveness, Independent Judgment and Initiative

v Ability to organize and motivate teams

v Strong communication skills both verbal and written

v The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced changing environment and willingness to learn new skills

v Team oriented person who can focus on the details

v Proven results oriented track record
Job Description
o Provide management with market intelligence including sales trends, product developments and competitor activity

o Responsible for providing accurate and timely filing of reports including weekly sales reports, retail pricing surveys, meeting minutes, market management, expense reports, etc.

o Responsible for managing activities in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations

Job Description:
VAM SYSTEMS currently looking for Account Manager for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:

Skill Set required:
Part of the Middle East Account Management Team, based in Dubai, reporting into the Middle East Vice President.

The role includes:

• Responsibility for revenue growth & bottom line of the company through new contract signing and negotiating renewals on revised commercial terms with banks or financial institutions.
• To effectively manage the portfolio of accounts assigned via direct meetings, regular visits & taking regular feedback from customers on service & development.
• To provide clients with thought leadership in areas of company expertise, enabling enriched client profitability and performance, whilst generating additional revenue streams for the company.
• To develop close relationships with Key personnel within the organization.
• To ensure customer satisfaction through regular meetings with Client Service team.
• The ideal candidate will have experience of the electronic payments and/or retail industries. Have good sales, business development skills and be able to work effectively in a matrix managed organization.

Terms and conditions:

Joining time frame : 2 weeks (maximum 4 weeks)
Experience Required : 3 to 5 years
