SALES EXECUTIVE - IT PRODUCTS DUBAI

IT company, is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Executive. Qualified applicants are those with Networking background and Develop the market for Alcatel-lucent IP telephony or any ip telephony , IT Cabling Infrastructure . Identify potential prospects, requirement study, proposal, negotiation and at least 2 - 3 years of experience in selling hardware products.

Sales executive must to handle client visits for product demonstration, sample presentation, and order listing. He/she will be involved in telemarketing, planning to meet sales targets and budgets, and the use of e-business technology. Thorough knowledge of computer hardware is essential. He/she must have customer-service orientation to know of customers' needs and be able to assist them by giving technical descriptions of products and explaining their use.

Other duties will include relating to other sales and marketing personnel to work out strategies for product promotion, quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, preparing contracts and record orders, reporting to employers on sales and providing feedback on the marketing of new or established products, carrying out formal presentations of products

Candidates who have prior experience with Telephony/Telecom/IT solutions preferred. Understanding of Technology is an advantage. Self Motivated/Team player..

POSITION BASED IN DUBAI

RESPONSIBILITES:

Being attached to the Managing Director, Sales and Development, you will be the interface with an international client-base with oriental or Indian culture.
You will be responsible to:


1. Issue sales contracts from our ERP according to the sales department's instructions and communicate them to the customers
2. Respond to customers' queries on real time basis
3. Liaise / coordinate with supply chain office located in Paris for all necessary information/documentation required by customers
On top of preparing sales contracts and giving info rmation to customers, and depending on ability of selected profile, the Assistant - Sales & Marketing will assist the MD Sales and Development with the Indian Sub Continent agents/customers to sell which means:
1) Assisting the sales team in making/forming quotations in line with the allocated product
2) Maintaining the allocation system updated at all times
3) Liaison between Paris and Dubai for extra quantities/volumes allocated by suppliers
4) Keeping the sales team informed of any changes in prices/quantities/shipping information/availability issues etc at all times.
