• Understands the client’s project objective and priorities as well as the architect’s intents, and communicate these to the design team.
• Helps the MEP design team define the authorities requirements to comply with.
• Understands the MEP design intents form the lead designers, acquire implication on architecture and other building systems, communicates these MEP architecture requirements to the architect/ client.
• Coordinates the MEP requirements with the architect /client, maintains the best relations, and report back to the design team.
• Participates in workshops with the client and other design participants, taking important decisions on behalf of the design team, and discussing design alternatives.
• Controls the deliverables and manages the quality.
• Follows –up the approvals of the client and authorities and ensures obtaining them.

Skills and Experience :

• More than 5 years experience in Building services Engineering consulting or contracting firm.
• Good verbal and written communication skills,
• Good managerial skills
